SSRA, Freight Forwarders Association Sign MoU on Customs Capacity Building

The South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA) and the South Sudan Freight Forwarders Association have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening training, capacity building, and the professional development of customs agents and freight logistics practitioners.
The agreement was signed on Monday at the SSRA headquarters in Juba and seeks to enhance the skills and professionalism of customs clearing agents through structured training programmes.
The partnership is expected to improve compliance with customs procedures, promote trade facilitation, and strengthen the efficiency of freight logistics services in South Sudan.
