Orus Consulting wins prestigious award, reaffirms business commitment

Orus Consulting Limited, has emerged the best business consultancy firm of the year, at the highly contested Chamber Quality Awards 2022 in Juba.

The company fought off the “stiff competition” from some of the best performing business consultancies in South Sudan. The event drew contestants in different sectors of the economy to compete favorably for the awards in their specific sector.

The Chamber through a panel of experienced Business experts awarded the best companies in their categories and specializations especially those that showed commitment in the areas of support to the South Sudan economy during the difficult time. These include delivering quality and affordable services to the clients.

However, Orus Consulting firm’s award reflects the company’s strong values and professionalism in providing professional consultancy services to the companies and leading entrepreneurs across the country and in the region as a whole.

Speaking from the award perspective, Mr. Akol Nyok Akol, the company’s CEO who is the Managing Partner said the company invested in professional services for business and organizational development.

“We have committed ourselves to professionalism and high-quality services to ensure the success of clients in South Sudan. We believe in the potential of the private sector and its role in socio-economic development,” he explained.

Akol revealed that the company was adopting new strategies and measures to improve the business environment across the country through its unique consulting services.

Simon Akuei Deng, the Secretary General at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture praised Orus Consulting for raising the bar.

“You’re a growing firm and you did the best, this is an excellent one! So, I challenge you to always provide unique consultancy services as usual for all the businesses in South Sudan. This improves the business growth,” he said.

The award was organized by the South Sudan National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The Chamber is an umbrella body that represents and advocates for the private sector in the Republic of South Sudan. It is however a membership-based organization whose foundation dates back to 2003. During this year’s Chamber Quality award, it awarded several companies and businesses for excellence.
