Germany’s Ambassador-Designate Presents Credentials Copy to South Sudan’s Foreign Minister

South Sudan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Amb. Dr. James Pitia Morgan, on Tuesday received the Ambassador-Designate of the Federal Republic of Germany to South Sudan, H.E. Sebastian Brokelmann, during a courtesy visit in Juba.
During the meeting, Ambassador-Designate Brokelmann presented copies of his Letters of Credence to the Foreign Minister ahead of the formal presentation of his Letters of Credence to President Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit.
The two officials discussed a range of regional and international issues, as well as opportunities to further strengthen the longstanding bilateral relations between South Sudan and Germany.
Minister Morgan expressed appreciation for Germany’s continued support and partnership with South Sudan, reaffirming the government’s commitment to working closely with Ambassador-Designate Brokelmann throughout his diplomatic mission.
The meeting underscored the shared commitment of both countries to enhancing cooperation and deepening diplomatic ties.
