Apuk Ayuel Reappointed as Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokesperson

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced the reappointment of Ambassador Apuk Ayuel Mayen as its official spokesperson.

In a media advisory issued Tuesday, the ministry confirmed that Ambassador Apuk has resumed her duties, returning to the role of leading the ministry’s public communication and media engagement.

As spokesperson, Ambassador Apuk will serve as the ministry’s principal public representative, providing timely and accurate information on South Sudan’s foreign policy, diplomatic relations and international cooperation.

The ministry said it remains committed to strengthening communication with the media and ensuring the public receives reliable updates on the country’s diplomatic activities.

“The Ministry looks forward to continued engagement with the media in providing timely and accurate information on South Sudan’s foreign policy, diplomatic relations and international cooperation,” the statement said.
