South Sudan, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development Discuss Stronger Economic Cooperation
South Sudan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Amb. Dr. James Pitia Morgan, has held talks with officials from the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and supporting the country’s development agenda.
The meeting focused on expanding collaboration in key areas of economic development and investment, with both sides exploring opportunities to support South Sudan’s priority development projects.
The minister and ADFD officials reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation and agreed to maintain close coordination to advance shared development goals and areas of mutual interest.
The discussions form part of Dr. Morgan’s official visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he is engaging with government institutions and development partners to enhance bilateral relations and attract investment to South Sudan.
