Chinese President Xi Jinping landed in Busan on Thursday to attend the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting and pay a state visit to the Republic of Korea (ROK).
Upon arriving at Busan’s Gimhae International Airport, President Xi was warmly welcomed by senior ROK officials, including Foreign Minister Cho Hyun. A 21-gun salute was fired at the airport.

Currently, Wek serves in dual roles at Juba Echo TV, where he functions as both a Social Media Monitor and News Editor. In these positions, he oversees the organization's digital presence while simultaneously managing editorial content and ensuring that news coverage meets the highest standards of journalistic integrity. His work at Juba Echo TV has allowed him to stay at the forefront of media innovation, particularly in how traditional journalism adapts to and leverages social media platforms for broader audience engagement and real-time news dissemination.
