The Embassies of IGAD member states and major donor countries met on March 13,

leadership of all the parties to the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the
Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS), including President Kiir and
First Vice President Machar, in support of peace. Participants in the meeting
included Ambassadors and representatives from the Embassies of Canada,
Djibouti, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Kenya, Norway, the Netherlands, Somalia,
Sudan, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as the
Delegation of the European Union. The Chairman of the Reconstituted Joint
Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (R-JMEC) hosted the meeting at his
offices.
