Speaker of Parliament attends 27th Commonwealth speakers’ conference, Kampala.
Hon. Jemma Nunu Kumba in Uganda for the 27th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of National Parliaments of the Independent Sovereign States of the Commonwealth.
The main theme of the CSPOC is to foster and encourage fairness on the part of speakers and presiding officers of the Commonwealth.
The Conference was launched by Uganda’s President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni today at the Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort in Kampala.
South Sudan’s speaker of parliament Jemma Nunu Kumba, attends the event as a special guest for the in standing rules of the conference.
