Bosco Lotyang, Member of Parliament representing Budi County in the state parliament called on youth to stop excessive consumption of alcohol which often leads to crime.
“You know this is very sad news and it is in Budi County, this incident might have been influenced by drunkenness, I think the soldier might have acted under influence of alcohol to kill the woman,” said Lotyang.
“If there is a problem with somebody it is good to solve it amicably,” he added.
