South Sudan Foreign Minister Receives Credentials From German Ambassador-Designate

Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Monday Semaya K. Kumba has received copies of credentials from Gregory Bledjian, Germany’s ambassador-designate to South Sudan.
Kumba welcomed Bledjian and expressed appreciation for Germany’s continued support to South Sudan, describing the country as an important partner.
Bledjian said he was committed to strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between Germany and South Sudan in areas of mutual interest.
He also emphasized the importance of deepening the partnership between the two countries to support peace, development and prosperity.
The meeting took place July 24, 2025, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
