The committee also addressed disputes involving Al-Hilal Wau and Amarat FC-Melut, according to resolutions issued after the meeting.
On the Al-Hilal Wau matter, the federation said it will formally instruct the club’s General Assembly to convene and address the mass resignation of its board. A steering committee is expected to be formed within seven days and provide feedback to the federation.
In the Amarat FC-Melut appeal, the Executive Committee upheld the decision reached by the Melut Football Association under Article 100(a) of the SSFA General Regulations.
The committee also approved several regulatory measures, including:
Admission regulations for new SSFA members for 2026.
A 2026 safeguarding policy for boys and girls.
Club licensing regulations for men’s and women’s clubs and national teams.
A fee structure for registering club coaches across all divisions and local football associations.
Mujahid Ali was appointed safeguarding champion for the SSFA.
The committee also approved South Sudan’s participation in the 2026 FIFA Under-15 World Cup Festival.
For the men’s senior national team, Bilal Felix was appointed first assistant coach, while Aguer Joseph will serve as second assistant coach. Esther Kute was appointed performance analyst, George Brin fitness coach and Kennedy Santorino goalkeeper coach.
For the men’s under-23 team, Simon James Yor was appointed head coach, with Nasir Youssif as assistant coach, Nicola Peter as fitness coach and Elias James Wani as goalkeeper coach.

Hamida Ajip Khamis will replace Jacqueline Thomas on the Women’s Football Committee.
The Executive Committee also granted an exemption to South Sudan Women’s Premier League players who were registered during the main transfer window but have not completed their International Transfer Certificate process.
The affected players will not be disqualified, provided they complete the ITC process during the complementary registration period scheduled for December 2026.
The resolutions are part of the federation’s efforts to strengthen football administration, safeguarding, club licensing and national team development in South Sudan.
