Kiir directed his presidential affairs advisor Benjamin Bol Mel who is also the chief executive officer for Africa Resource Corporation (ARC) to start constructing the school and hospital.
“I have come with Bol Mel who hails from your State here, and he is going to start constructing the hospital and health center. Your area has potential and that is why I don’t want you to lose heart and hope,” he said.
Kiir said that his government is implementing the extended roadmap in good faith, adding that it part of the main reasons why he embarked on touring the greater Bahr El Ghazal region.
