27 former officials told to vacate government houses

The government of Central Equatoria State has ordered 27 former officials to vacate government houses they are currently still occupying.
Wayi Goodwill Edward, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of Central State in his letter of March 7 2022 addressed to the head of legal administration and public prosecution attorney ordered the affected officials to vacate the houses.
Edward said the ministerial committee on eviction should implement his directive.
Those to be evicted from government houses include the former Governor of Jubek state Gen.
Ausgutsino Jadalla Wani.
Gen. Jadalla was asked to vacate the government house within the period of one month.
“The honourable Council of Ministers of Central Equatoria State has directed that you kindly vacate government house No.J/6 which you have been occupying since you were relieved of your position as Governor of Jubek State, in light of this you are granted only one month to vacate accordingly,” said Edward in a separate letter addressed to Jadalla.
