Juba City Mayor and Deputies relieved

The Central Equatoria Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony has relieved the Juba City Mayor Michael Ladu Allah_Jabu, the Deputy Mayor for Infrastructure and Development Thiik Thiik Maryardit, Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance Federicko Nyokun Wani in a gubernatorial decree on Tuesday evening.
According to the official page of the governor, the mayor’s office has been dissolved along with those in of his two deputies.
The commissioner of Lainya county, Emmanuel Khamis Richard has been put to temporarily run the office, supervise it’s general activities until the Mayorship position is filled.
Rev. Martin Simon Wani has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Juba City Council(CEO-JCC) and the position of the Chief Executive Officer is upgraded from Chief Executive Officer of Juba City Council to the Status of Director General in Grade “1” placement Ordinary.
